Agent InterfaceΒΆ

This package has no agent interface.

To use this functionality on External Interface:

  1. Create two tickets on the agent interface.
  2. Choose the same customer user for both tickets.
  3. Link one ticket to the other one.
  4. Create a FAQ article. Make sure that the FAQ article is visible to customers or public. Just FAQ articles of this type can be displayed in the external interface.
  5. Link the FAQ article to the ticket created for the customer user.
