管理员界面

本软件包没有管理员界面。

系统配置

服务人员界面位置与设置 Core → Email → NotificationSenderEmail 相同。

检查位置是否相同:

1. 转到 系统配置 屏幕。
2. 在 导航 小部件中选择 OTRS。
3. 导航到导航树中的 Core → Email 并搜索设置 NotificationSenderEmail。
4. 如果需要，请更改电子邮件地址，并记住它。
5. 在 导航 小部件中选择 OTRSAgentEmailInterface。
6. 导航到导航树中的 Core → Email → PostMaster。
7. 将 AgentInterfaceAddress 键的值更改为与步骤3中设置的值相同。
