外部人员界面中的登录模块统计失败的登录尝试次数。 如果达到失败登录尝试的可配置计数，则使用OTRS数据库中的客户首选项锁定客户用户帐户。

无法登录，客户用户将看到以下消息：登录失败！ 您输入的用户名或密码不正确。

此机制适用于存储在 OTRS 数据库或 LDAP 服务器中的客户用户。
