管理员界面

本软件包没有管理员界面。

添加搜索属性

可以在搜索对话框中添加其它搜索属性。

若要添加一个搜索属性：

1. 转到 系统配置 屏幕。
2. 在 导航 小部件中选择 OTRSCICustomSearch。
3. 导航到导航树中的 Frontend → Agent → View → ConfigItemSearch。
4. 搜索设置 ITSMConfigItem::CustomSearchXMLFields 并添加新的搜索属性。 键是配置项的 键 条目中的值。

如果该字段设置为 0 - 禁用，则该搜索属性将不会显示在搜索对话框中。
