服务人员界面

本软件包没有服务人员界面。

要在 外部人员界面 使用此功能：

1. 在服务人员界面上创建两个工单。
2. 为两个工单选择相同的客户用户。
3. 将一个工单链接到另一个工单。
4. 创建一篇FAQ知识库文章。确保FAQ知识库文章对客户或公众可见。只有这种类型的FAQ知识库文章可以显示在外部人员界面中。
5. 将FAQ文章链接到为客户用户创建的工单。
