This package adds three new dynamic fields to the system.

Do not delete these dynamic fields. They are required to work the system monitoring package properly.

SystemMonitoring HostName

This dynamic field will store the host name comes from the system monitoring suit.

• Internal name: TicketFreeText1
• Type: Text
• Object: Ticket

SystemMonitoring ServiceName

This dynamic field will store the service name comes from the system monitoring suit.

• Internal name: TicketFreeText2
• Type: Text
• Object: Ticket

SystemMonitoring StateName

This dynamic field will store the state name comes from the system monitoring suit.

• Internal name: ArticleFreeText1
• Type: Text
• Object: Article
