外部人员界面¶
This package has no external interface, but it extends the standard behavior of the queue selection method. The service based queue routing affects the ticket creation screens. For this, the given service of the selected ticket will be used.
选择服务后，将查找为此服务配置的队列。如果为所选服务配置了队列，则队列选择中将只提供这些队列。如果没有为所选服务配置队列，则将显示所有队列。
It is possible to add a Get All button next to the queue selection. After clicking this button all available queues get restored to the queue selection field and can be selected. This feature can be enabled in the system configuration.
配置的ACL会像往常一样影响显示的队列。
