本软件包将 时间单位 输入字段转换为下拉列表。下拉列表可以在 管理员界面 的系统配置中配置。

若要使用配置的时间单位下拉列表:

1. 打开 新建电话工单 屏幕或任何其它屏幕使用时间单位。
2. 向下滚动到表单的底部，并检查新的 时间单位 字段。
