通信和通知¶

对于外部人员界面，默认情况下，该功能仅限于搜索来自同一公司的联系人。否则，所有公司的所有联系人都将对有权访问外部人员界面的每个客户用户可见。

如果要使每个客户用户都可以搜索所有联系人，可以通过从系统配置选项 Core::CustomContactFieldsRestrictContactsToCustomerOnly 中删除勾号并将其设置为未启用来启用该选项。

要激活向自定义联系人字段客户发送电子邮件的功能，请转到管理员界面中 通信和通知 组的 工单通知 模块。
